Overall a fantastic experience throughout buying a property through Ferndown. From initial mortgage affordability advice to completion I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agents. Friendly, responsive, knowledgable and helpful in all ways. Couldn’t thank them enough. David was my mortgage advisor and was fantastic giving me all information for my mortgage application reassuring me throughout and also sorted out my life insurance, couldn’t have done it without his advice. Adam was helpful and the right person to call me to let me know my offer had been accepted, he made my Christmas! Sam was also lovely and eased my anxiety while waiting to hear if my offer had been accepted or not when it felt like forever.
