See above. When Katarina was on the case it was good service from her. However the whole process was a bit of a mess. The portal was useless and the welcome pack team was even worse. Nothing we uploaded on the app appeared to make it onto the portal and the welcome pack team were hard to contact and misinformed us on multiple occasions. The welcome pack work wasted our time and slowed down the overall process.

Katarina Donovan did a good job, however the client portal was absolutely awful. None of the appropriate information was gathered at point of contact despite apps being used.
