I am always very busy, moreover I know very little about the process of finding new tenants for my property. What I needed is an Estate agent to which I could rely on the whole process of renting my property, from A to Z due to my busy agenda.

Today five months after the tenants moved in, by first time I visited them to attend a repair and I met a lovely couple, welcoming our first meeting with a nice homemade piece of cake. So, again, more good news.
