I mainly liaised with Darryl. He came to value the property following the death of my step mother at what was a delicate time. He offered valuable guidance on how to negotiate marketing the property with the most suitable time to add the property to market, market price, property condition and aesthetics for the listing photos.
During the viewings we found the we were kept informed. When offers made we received sound advice and guidance.
Like any property situation we had some setbacks but again these were communicated with compassion and nothing was too much trouble.
I have no doubt I was high maintenance to deal with and I thank Darryl and the team for the care and patience they gave to us in a difficult time.
