This process nearly took a year. Not the estate agents fault. As I was buying there wasn’t a lot of interactions, they contacted me when they needed to as per usual when you are buying. However Becky white kept in contact with me throughout. She kept me in the loop and advised me when I needed to chase the solicitors etc.
