The rental move experience was a little stressful, but this often is the case with moving.
The part I found most stressful was waiting until the day we got the keys to officially sign the contract, this left us feeling uneasy having had to put notice on our previous property. If we hadn’t handed our notice in and taken a risk we would have had to pay an extra £1,200 for the overlap. Other agencies do tend to send contracts online so you can virtually sign a few weeks before move in.
