After 12 weeks with an estate agent and no sale. I was advised off a friend to go with rowe&co being told it would sell straight away. Didn’t think it would. Went up for sale Friday and was sold by Monday for 40k over the asking price !! I still can’t believe it now !! Unbelievable estate agents ! I’m sure everyone I know will be using them from now on ha
