From our first telephone contact with Belgarum all the way through to exchange we felt listened to, understood and all our questions and requests attended to with no delay.
This took away so much of the anxiety that is inevitable when selling and buying homes.

What was exceptional on top of all of the above was the care and attention given to us by the sales progresser between acceptance of offer to exchange. She went the extra mile to keep all parties and solicitors informed of what was happening and stepped in just before exchange to expedite the process when there were a few last minute glitches between conveyancing solicitors.
Although she went on planned annual leave the day before our exchange there was a seamless handover to the Director who helped us through the last fraught moments.
Thereafter between exchange and completion the aftercare continued with very clear communications and offers of recommendations for moving firms and contractors.
