I cannot begin to tell you what excellent service we had from Lincoln Ralph. In particular Nicola Draper.
Nicola kept us going through every part of the journey. She was patient, understanding and sincere. There were times when my anxiety levels were of ridiculous levels. I would fire off an email and without fail, Nicola would pick up on my concerns and act on them without delay. If she said she’d call back, she did. She never hesitated to ring round all the people involved in the chain to keep things moving.
My husband and I will be eternally grateful for all that Nicola did - what a wonderful asset to Lincoln Ralph.
We are now in our lovely new home and can finally relax!
