If I had to pick one decision I am most pleased with through the whole selling/buying process it would be choosing Lincoln Ralph! We had a lot of issues with our solicitors that made it very stressful, but the absolute saving grace was Lincoln Ralph! Nicola was absolutely amazing and kept us updated throughout the entire process and did a lot of chasing when we weren’t getting any answers. I really think we would have pulled out of our purchase if it wasn’t for Nicola going above and beyond to help solve every issue we came across. They really did more than just sell our house (which sold in 4 days!), they did everything possible to make the process as easy as possible and I am so grateful. Even at the beginning when I was deciding who to go with, they made it clear there was no pressure and to do what’s best for us, and helped explain how selling and buying works as I didn’t have a clue! They are worth their weight in gold!!
