The whole team have been very helpful throughout the process of letting our property, keeping us informed at each stage. They have gone above and beyond taking time to give me advice both as a tenant and landlord. I always felt listened to and that they cared about our property as much as we did. They arranged for us to meet the prospective tenants which was lovely and I felt they helped us to choose the tenants well.
The on-going support for the tenancy so far has been efficient and timely, and although it is still early days, all seems to be going well. They have been fantastic.
