Our overall impression of Stratfords is one of completer professionalism. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been friendly and super accommodating. Correspondence is mainly via email and I can be assured that any queries I have will be answered within 24 hours or less.
I find it refreshing to have such dealings. Having always rented properties, I have met some unsavory agents along the way. It is a relief to deal with a company who are not just about working with the client (Landlord) but also about giving the tenant the best service possible too.
