Generally speaking our dealings with your agency was good We could always get through on phone lines to speak to someone & messages were usually passed on. Occasionally there were issues which took some time to resolve but overall our experience was good.

Scott was exceptionally understanding & patient to us in a situation when we had to find a new property to live in within a relatively short time. there were occasions when we found it a very daunting process & had many concerns. Neither of us is good with technology but Scott often calmed us down when anxious & navigated us through quite a few issues. He even sorted out our TV when we had problems with reception at the new house! As we are getting on in years we appreciated the politeness and respect with which he treated us.
