Our tenants wanted some information and help on how they could park their car at the carpark on site. The process to call someone was easy and responsive, and within less that half an hour they was given the details and a very informative guide on how to set up an account for the parking company's portal to register their car.
I was also given a copy so our contractors to use it and ourselves.
Very impressed, it's not often in my experience that I deal with a block management company that is so responsive and helpful
