Through out the whole transaction, James Powell was fantastic and ensured all parties were kept informed and everyone knew what was happening to ensure a smooth transaction. Being honest, this was the first time I had used a ‘high street’ estate agent (I have always used online estate agents for previous property sales), however I can now see the advantage of using a ‘bricks and mortar’ estate agent, especially with that personal communication and knowing what is going on at any point in time! James’ approach and exceptional service has meant I’m converted and wouldn’t hesitate to use Hunters again in the future.
