This is the second time we have used the property centre in Churchdown and again we received a very professional service. Mille, the manager is always a pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional and always quick to respond to any queries we have.
When calling the office we often dealt with Richard who again was always helpful and courteous and always responded to our queries promptly.
After we had accepted our offer we were helped through to completion by Lorna. She kept us up to date with the progress of our sale and we felt she really fought our corner as her clients.
We would definitely use the property centre again and recommend to others.

Caroline did not have an easy job but she secured a mortgage for a self employed sub contractor at a time when the industry was thrown into complete uncertainty. The application process went smoothly and with very little stress as Caroline kept in regular contact and was always available to answer any questions or help with any problems. She worked tirelessly to get me the best rate with the most suitable lender and once the application was submitted it took only days for the mortgage offer to arrive.
She also found me the best rates for building and contents insurance and income protection and managed the application process, overseeing and updating the information until a completion date was put in place an could be finalised.
I highly recommend Caroline Rovira and she will be my first choice when remortgaging my new home when the time comes.
