Their communication was outstanding through the viewing/feedback and offer process. Once sold the service didn't just stop like most agents, they actively chased and updated the chain and thoroughly progressed the sale to exchange. On the day of completion (which was a nightmare thanks to my removals) they personally came to visit us and our buyers.
