I had initially booked a well known estate agent to visit my property with the proviso that they find a tenant for me. They turned up, fully expecting me to be selling the property and although the agent said she also dealt with rentals, she did not offer much in the way of knowledge. A friend recommended Stephen at Roe and Co. From the initial first chat on the phone, I was armed with more information in that one chat, than anything the other agent had given me on the actual visit. Stephen instilled confidence in me, that he knew what he was talking about, had all the compliance and legal elements at his finger tips and would find me the right tenant. Which he did, well within a month. All my old suppliers were dealt with and transferred to the new tenants and an itinerary completed at a cost slightly less than the original agent. Thank you, it made the process much easier than I thought it would be.
