To get 5 stars the website needs a massive overhaul and picking up important emails re contracts issued on a Fri, over a weekend would also improve things significantly as we recently had an issue where tenants could not move in because there were errors (like the name) on the contract which were not amended over the weekend. We have also referenced your new tenants and provided tenancy agreements on all occasions. Having investigated this issue regarding the last tenancy agreement, it seems you required amendments made on a Friday afternoon so your tenants could move in over the weekend, the spelling mistake was not highlighted until after hours.
