Griffin have created a fantastic platform.
The web site is user friendly and you can ammend your house sale listing whenever you want.
If you write clear decriptions and take a few quality photos you are halfway there to making a positive house sale.
Although the company is closed at weekends a human being is nearly always available to answer the phone during the week.
I've dealt with numerous estate agents over the years but they have by far impressed me the most. I would certainly use their service again.

Really positive experience, Portal worked well to arrange viewings and communicate with potential buyers. This service was the most cost effective way to get our property listed on the web-based platforms we required and provided everything necessary to get our house sold in the standard package, and it was comforting to have a human being accessible to respond to my queries ~~ unlike another online estate agent who definitely struck out with me when they stopped responding!

Used Griffin for a sale in Scotland, went for the premium service, took about a week to get the photos, floor plan and video organised, I was very pleased with the quality of photos etc. House listed on Rightmove on the Friday afternoon 4 viewers booked in for the Sunday, house sold by that afternoon. The online viewing booking system is very easy to use and convenient allows prospective viewers to book a viewing on any day or time and for the seller to re arrange or accept the the date and time, also prospective buyers can submit offers straight away online. All bookings and offers are notified to the seller via text and email as they come in. Jacob and his team were easy to contact and always helpful. I think the fee for the service represents excellent value and would not hesitate to recommend them.
