She knew how much we wanted the property and did her upmost to ensure we got our wish, her communication has been brilliant throughout and she has remained professional but also treated us like humans and not just a customer. I used Butt Estates to sell my flat in Exeter, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Nathan provided the valuation and assisted with selling the flat at a great price, and Tia was always on hand to help with any questions - I never had to wait long for them to pick up the phone.
They also work with good local contractors who helped with the surveying required, and you could tell the relationships they had with them were solid which was reassuring.
I would definitely use Butt Estates again.
