The whole process was a compete long nightmare it took 6 months in hindsight we wish we had backed out of it we accepted an offer from Homewise on behalf of their client we would not recommend them to any one, the agreement was to be completed before the end of March before the stamp duty went up but it wasn't their solicitors took their time always to reply to our solicitor after always chasing them up they just didn't seem to care no one seem to be communicating properly no one seem to no what was happening so they cost us a lot of money and stress in the end they rushed us out and to add insult to injury no one moved in for 4 WEEKS ,so if any one is thinking of dealing with Homewise keep well away so you can see why we are not happy and at 80 years old we didn't need all the stress.
