Stephenson Browne are very knowledgable about the local market. The chain collapsed first time but we were successful second time round. It was 8 months from initially requesting an evaluation. Communication was good and they were receptive to our requests for information.

We sold our old property and bought our new property with Stephenson Browne. We had excellent service from the start and were given weekly updates via phone or email. Any queries were answered quickly and we are extremely pleased with the service we received. We had previously been with two other estate agents, as this was the third house we had tried to purchase, and the other two fell through, due to the poor level of service from the other agents. However, Stephenson Browne has renewed our faith in estate agents and we would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. We would like to name Margret Caddy in particular as she was the person giving weekly updates and she also chased the solicitors at the end to get our house sale and purchase over the line! Without her we are not sure it would have happened on time - thank you. We also had great service from Sam the new manager on the last few days, as he was new to the Alsager branch.
