Very disappointing experience dealing with the West Denton branch.
We found the service to be good up to the point of our sale/buy offers being accepted, but thereafter there was a complete lack of engagement and any time we called with a query we felt like it was an inconvenience.
Even on the day of completion there was no courtesy call to advise us the sale had complete and our keys had been handed over to our buyer.
