Well, this is hard as I’d like to mention Frankie, Matt and Lerryn all individually. However, Frankie literally saved me from having a nervous breakdown a few weeks ago. Our previous tenants had moved out and left our flat in a dire condition, requiring vast amounts of work to do in order to bring it back to rentable condition. Frankie realised that I was very low on the phone and immediately dropped everything and came to my rescue. I was being messed around by tradespeople and she helped steer me in the right direction, introducing me to a bunch of incredible people who have been a pleasure to work with.
