Please note once you have signed up to become an ESTAS member you will be subject to our payment & cancellation terms as follows:-
The ESTASmembership is an annual subscription –
Payment is due within 14 days of the date of invoice. You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of submitting your entry provided no votes have been registered by your clients during this period. Thereafter refunds cannot be given.
You will be given the opportunity to renew your subscription annually giving you continued access to our customer feedback platform PLUS you will automatically be entered into The ESTAS competition for the following year.
This is not an automatic subscription, we will check with you first and if you do not wish to renew your membership it can be cancelled at any time.
