The free draw is open to all residents of England, Wales and Scotland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the ESTAS Group Ltd, any ESTAS participating agency, broker, adviser or supplier, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the draw.
Upon completing an ESTAS review you will be automatically entered into the free draw.
You must provide an email address and telephone number to be entered into the free draw. We will only use email addresses for the purpose of administering the free draw in accordance with these rules. They will not be used for any other purpose.
The opening date for prentries is 1st March each year. The closing date of the free draw is midnight on 28th February each year. Entries received after this time for the current year will not be valid.
A new free prize draw commences on 1st March each year for all reviews placed from this date until the closing date of midnight on 28th February the following year. Winners for this draw will be notified before 1st August each year, the same terms & conditions apply.
We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The winner or winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process, maximum prize of £1000 for an ESTAS review.
The winner will receive £1000 payable by The ESTAS group via BACS wire transfer. The winner will be asked to provide bank details for the purpose of this transfer only. We are not responsible for any costs associated with using the prize including without limitation connection or set-up costs or costs associated with internet or Wi-Fi access.
The winner will be notified by email or phone (using the details provided at entry) before 1st August each year. The winner must provide bank details to claim their prize and agree to the publication of their name in accordance with 13 below. If the winner does not respond to us within 14 days of being notified of the win then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
We will send the prize to the winner by BACS transfer within 14 days of being notified of the winner’s bank details.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Our decision regarding any aspect of the free draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner’s names can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to The ESTAS Group, 3 Little Warren Farm, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 1UB within 28 days after the closing date of the free draw.
You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the free draw/survey where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law we will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate the winner for, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize draw except where it is caused by our negligence.
Postal addresses provided during the course of the free draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for delivery of the prize to the winner.
The free draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the free draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
