We have exchanged on a property that was under Holden Estate Agents in Maldon, completing in June. This has been a stressful experience because of actions of our buyer, yet it was Holden offering and providing support throughout speaking to us almost daily and chasing things up for us rather than our own agents on our sale, which seemed to me to be far beyond her required role but was greatly appreciated and probably saved us from pulling out of our sale.
