As new landlords having Natasha and Rachel's support to guide us through the process was invaluable. They were supportive and informative at all times and we always felt that our interests were central to the process.
Their guidance in preparing the property for rental was particularly important as there were many things we needed to conclude before we could rent.
We had one or two false starts with tenants however they managed this smoothly and worked hard to find a tenant that fitted our requirements in addition to suiting the tenant.
Perhaps most important of all, as landlords we felt listened to and the communication was excellent.

Overall we were happy with the service, and all staff were pleasant and approachable. However, a few of my emails requesting feedback as to whether the prospective buyer was still interested in the property and whether she had commissioned a survey ( after 3/4 months) went unanswered.
Communication could definitely have been better.
