I expect this was a more challenging sale than the norm and throughout the protracted process we were kept up to date with progress from Rachael and the rest of the team. From the outset when we put the rented property, which was an inheritance, up for sale, it needed a deep clean and clear out, Kate arranged all this bearing we were 150 miles away so it was a great help to myself. First sale fell through but with Kim on the case another buyer was soon on scene and after complications with searches we achieved a very satisfactory result.
