The property, which I was selling under a power of attorney held jointly with my daughters, was never going to be easy to sell. A beautiful Georgian house on the edge of a village with five acres of land and gardens, it needed very substantial renovation, and, in our view, protection from inappropriate development.

She produced an excellent brochure which really did the house justice and was brilliant in smoothing over the difficulties which inevitably occur with potential purchasers during the sale process. We received a lot of support from the whole team even when things were really difficult because of Covid and despite the very strong demand for properties in the area which the agency was experiencing.
