Having moved home many times over the last 50 years I have observed how the role of estate agents have developed over time and moved away from just being a 'post office' for the circulation of property details to being much more customer focused and 'hands-on' on achieveing a mutually satisfying sale process.
I have used agents in the past that were on-line based and relied on a customer centre to liaise with me which I found less than satisfactory so I wanted my last property sale to be managed through a local agency that would keep me posted continously on the highs and lows of conveyance.
Taylor Engley provided just such an approach through regular telephone contact and with a dedicated person liaising with me I knew that I would receive a consistent message on how the process was moving and this is just what I received.
Getting feedback with how things were moving both up and down the chain gave me confidence that I had a professional organisation working in my best interests.
