A totally professional service. Nothing is too much trouble. Every stage is explained well and there’s always someone on hand to answer queries. This was the sad sale of a much loved family home and the human, empathetic but still totally professional approach was a joy. If I were to sum up our experience I would use the words ‘fairness and integrity ‘.
