I had another subsequent with him also, same each time, distracted on his phone and did not engage greatly with my questions. Therefater I was assigned to Kerry, who was great and supported me through offer and several weeks afterwards as the sale progressed. I was then passed on to Jayne in the run up to completion, who helped me through many ups and downs based on issues that arose with the property, and challenges with my solicitor.
