Throughout the competition you will have access your own secure area called the AGENT PANEL
via our website. Here you will be able to monitor which clients have voted and track your Customer
Service Rating % providing a great way to keep staff focused on customer service and reward them
as the rating % goes up!

Benchmarking & Customer Feedback Programme
All the statistics from the your clients when they complete the questionnaires is collated and
presented to you in a Client Feedback Report showing how you have performed as an agency
regionally and nationally against other firms in the competition. In addition comments from clients are
sent to you as part of the report providing genuine testimonials and invaluable feedback.

Finally on April 20th 2012 Phil Spencer will present the 9th annual ESTAS Ceremony when 500 of the best agents in the country – hopefully including yourselves! – will descend on the London Hilton Park Lane.
