The Estas are specifically designed to help agencies market themselves in their region. They also help agents to focus on and be recognised for the standard of customer service they provide their clients. Competing in the Estas will help agents to;

Taking part in the Estas couldn’t be easier. Once registered simply ask your clients throughout 2011 (Buyers, Sellers or Landlords) to vote for you by completing the online questionnaire (printed version also available).
After the voting deadline (29th February 2012) We’ll shortlist the TOP 10 agents in 14 regions around the country for sales and lettings.
- NORTHERN IRELAND; SCOTLAND; NORTH WEST; NORTH EAST; YORKSHIRE & HUMBER; WALES; WEST MIDLANDS; EAST MIDLANDS; EAST OF ENGLAND;
SOUTH WEST; SOUTHERN; SOUTH EAST (NORTH & SOUTH); LONDON
Individual offices will compete in each region but there are also categories for larger chains including:
- Best Small Chain (agents with 3-9 offices – min. entry 3 offices)
- Best Medium Chain (agents with 10-30 offices – min. entry 10 offices)
- Best National Chain (agents with 30+ offices – min. entry 20 offices)
Shortlisted agents in all categories will recieve an Official Top 10 Logo, certificate & press release. Gold, Silver & Bronze winners will receive Winners Logos, press release and an ESTA trophy.
THE 9TH ANNUAL ESTAS CEREMONY WILL TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY 20TH APRIL AT THE HILTON PARK LANE

The SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR AWARD category is designed to recognise the levels of customer service by suppliers to the industry. This is done in exactly the same way as agents in the main competition, by asking clients to rate the level of service provided by companies.
Therefore there is no submission to write, no judging panel, no telephone interview, just the thoughts of thousands of clients across the industry. Once you have signed up we will provide you with a hyperlink which you can direct your clients in order for them to complete a questionnaire rating you on the level of service you provide.
We will also provide you with a unique username/password enabling you to track votes and monitor your customer service rating during the competition. Additionally you will be able to download the ESTAS Supplier Award logo to use in all marketing material, highlighting your participation and focus on high levels of customer service.
A press release will also be available.
Final scores will be based on the average score you receive from the questionnaires completed, . There will also be bonus points dependent on the number completed. For more information on this please contact us via the contact us page on this website.
The TOP 10 SUPPLIERS in the competition will be shortlisted and the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be announced at the 9th annual ESTAS ceremony on 20th April at the Hilton Park Lane.
After the awards we will also provide you with a CLIENT FEEDBACK REPORT with all the data and comments from your clients that voted.
